Unravelling Government Estates Strategy: The Local Picture
1st February 2019
OVERVIEW
With the 2018 budget announcement claiming to make an end to austerity, unravelling the messages coming from central government remains a core challenge for decision makers across the public sector. General Elections, the Industrial Strategy, One Public Estates, and Brexit have all impacted upon local estates and assets strategy.
In anticipation of further centralised change, resource and asset management is being used as an effective tool for innovation and growth across the country.
In light of this, local authority decision makers are coming together for our first round table of 2019, taking place on Friday 1st February from 11am in Farringdon, London.
This will be a forum for senior decision makers in estates and asset management within the public sector. It is free to attend and a complimentary lunch and drinks will be provided.
