PROGRAMME EXECUTIVE

Joel Rennie is a Programme Executive at Dragongate Market Intelligence. Joel primarily works on DragonGate’s civil service relocation and regional civil service career pathway programmes, which aim to draw in more people from left-behind areas and target the issue of regional cul-de-sacs that prevent a full civil service career outside of Whitehall.

Joel’s main responsibilities include collating and reviewing relevant data within the scope of our programmes that help to inform and guide the conversations with stakeholders, whilst making a strong and convincing case for relocation and full regional career pathways, as well as supporting in the design and co-production of these pathways with the people they’re intended to benefit most.

Before joining DGMI, Joel had experience within a Leeds-based VCSE that worked alongside the local authority to tackle addiction and rough sleeping, working on a research program to optimise support for their service users. Subsequently, he joined a large national research body participating in market research and polling programmes with people up and down the country. Outside of his professional pursuits, Joel enjoys music and video production.
